Ace Hotel Shoreditch

A brand-new hotel from the Ace group in the heart of hip Shoreditch with electic interiors and a choice of rooms

Opened in September, the newest stalwart of the Ace Hotel Group and the first to open outside the US, has transformed a once redundant stretch of Shoreditch High Street into not just a sleek hotel, but a community space where skinny-jeaned hipsters rub shoulders with suited bankers and where frankly, anything goes.

Built on the former site of the Shoreditch Empire (an old stomping ground of Charlie Chaplin), it’s no wonder that this hotel steals the show. From its location, just a short walk from the eclectic crowds and stalls at Brick Lane Market, the skyscrapers of the City and the creative melting pot of Hackney, to its interiors, excellently executed by Universal Design Studios, this place seriously packs a punch.

Flying the Ace flag with gusto, this Shoreditch bolthole continues their signature commitment to interiors which reflect the surrounding cityscape. With vintage furniture, stripped back walls and a large community area, the team here have perfected the tricky blend of industrial chic with bags of character.
